Justin Bieber was arrested and detained at 04:09 ET on Thursday morning after being caught drag racing in a yellow Lamborghini. Miami Beach police said he stunk of alcohol and swore when he was pulled over.

Justin Bieber was charged with drunken driving, resisting arrest and driving with an expired Georgia driving license.

Police chief Raymond Martinez stated that Bieber was driving approximately 55 to 60mph (88 - 96kmh) in a 30mph (48kmh) zone and was uncooperative with police officers when they arrested him, all whilst swearing at the officers.

"Why the fuck are you doing this? What the fuck is this about?" -Bieber

The MBPD released Bieber's arrest report on their Twitter account.
